Parkscapes Vol 4 - Ludophones
Parkscapes Vol 4 - Ludophones

Our Parkscapes collaboration with Community Music Schools of Toronto has yielded countless positive outcomes - from the wonderful experiences of the students and instructors working together, to the music getting sampled by artists like Taylor Swift and the continued money raised for the school from royalties, sales and more placements.
Here with our fourth installment Parkscapes continues to deliver more unique and adventurous sounds than ever - Working with renowned Carleton University composer/instructor Jesse Stewart on a first of its kind recording of the Ludophone - an instrument designed for music learning environments that has never been recorded before. Using an assortment of different Ludophones, Jesse worked with the students, the youngest cohort ever for Parkscapes, to create a wild assortment of atonal and percussive rhythms, trills, patterns, and orchestrations.
Complete with 23 compositions as well as a full one-shot kit - this is sure to give anyone tired of the same old percussion sounds a kaleidoscope of sounds to explore. All proceeds from sales and placements go directly to the CMST program, which has been delivering subsidized music education for youth ages 3-18 in Toronto for over 20 years.
